Dave Hague
Dave Hague entered the
Fire service in September 1990 for the City of Longueuil (Greenfield
Park) the 3rd Largest city in the proivince of Quebec. He was awarded
the firefighter of the year in 1994 for creating OPERATON PROM NIGHT, a
drinking and driving awareness program for graduating high school
students about to embark on their prom night activities. He created an
education video that was passed on to several fire departments and
police departments throughout Canada. He was promoted to Lieutenant in
2003 by the city of Longueuil, QC. In 2008, he helped build the first
Firefighter safety and survival course for the North Country Fire
Acadamy in Vermont. In 2009, Dave helped build one of the first
government recognized Firefighter self rescue courses that is now being
taught throughout the province of Quebec. In 2010 Dave helped create a
second Firefighter safety and survival course for the Franklin
(Lemoille) Fire acadamy in Vermont.
